Application to serve as an authorized toy distributor.

Greetings,

This year’s deadline for toy requests was October 15th. The deadline has been posted on the Atlanta Toys for Tots website for several months now. However, you may continue to place an order by completing and submitting the order form below. All orders received after the 15th of October will be processed as a late request and will be filled ONLY if there are sufficient toys remaining during the last week of the campaign. DO NOT email or phone in orders. All orders must be submitted by completing the application on-line.

If you have questions regarding an existing order or wish to change information contained in your order (i.e. email address, phone number, etc…), you may email your concerns to warehousechief@atlantatoysfortots.com. However, do not send emails inquiring about when your order will be ready for pick-up. Once an order is filled, you will be contacted by phone to coordinate a pick-up date/time and receive a follow up confirmation email. This email will contain a control number that is assigned to your order. It will also contain our address and other information which you may want to consider when preparing to pick-up your order.

The Toys For Tots Foundation works with the United Way to distribute toys to certified non-profit organizations and charities. These organizations then distribute the toys to children in need in their communities. The Toys For Tots Foundation cannot take toy requests from individual families or for-profit companies.

Do not request more than 10% over the number of children you anticipate serving.

1. Toys for Tots is a Non-Profit organization, and its ability to successfully complete its mission depends solely upon donations from caring Americans, local businesses and corporations who support this annual campaign. Toys for Tots can make no guarantees to fill requests for toys, nor can dates be accurately predicted for the distribution of toys to applying organizations. Every effort will be made to fill organizational requests as quickly and completely as possible. Organizations will be notified by telephone (number included on the application for support) to coordinate the pickup of toys. The organization will then have 48 hours to respond. Once this time period elapses, and the organization failed to respond, its application will be cancelled, toys will be returned to the “Donations Received” area, and the organization appearing next on the list of applicants will be contacted.

2. Should an organization be found to be operating outside the spirit and intent of the Toys for Tots program (e.g., profiting from the sale of toys or charging fees to recipients to receive toys), its application for support will be cancelled.

Toys for Tots is totally dependant on donations and can not guarantee your complete order can be filled, but will do our best to do so.
